Election Day
Election Day, in my country, always happens during the first week of November. But at Eishin, today (February 15) is Election Day.
Students voted for next year’s Student Council leaders after listening to the candidates’ speeches and pledges.
Several brave students decided to run for these positions in the Student Council.
They all have good ideas for how to make school life better.
Perhaps they will take their ideas and develop them further and someday pursue a career in politics.
We may be witnessing the speeches of future mayors, prefectural leaders, or even the prime minister of Japan!
